Originally from Florida, Steven has called Greenville home since
2009. Drawn to the city's strong sense of community, vibrant dining
scene, and family-friendly events, Steven will help Encore and its team
grow with Greenville for years to come.
As Director of Development at Encore Realty, Steven focuses on
supporting agents, fostering team growth, and uncovering new
opportunities to expand Encore's presence across the Upstate. With a
background in business development and coaching—and an education in
accounting—Steven brings a unique skill set and broad perspective to the
team.
At Encore, culture always comes before volume. Steven believes in
the simple principle that doing the right thing is always the right
thing. Steven's passion lies in building a team and partnering with
others who share this mindset, creating a foundation of trust,
integrity, and excellence.
