About Colton Ronzio

Since first visiting Greenville in 2009 and making it his full-time home in 2018, Colton has fallen in love with the Upstate’s warm culture, welcoming people, and mild winters. Originally from New England, he quickly discovered that Greenville offered not just a beautiful place to live, but also a true sense of community—something that continues to inspire his work in real estate today.

Before entering real estate, Colton owned and operated a successful construction business for eight years, managing multiple employees and gaining hands-on experience with homes from the ground up. That background, combined with his passion for connecting with people, made the transition to real estate a natural next step. For him, being a Realtor isn't just about buying and selling homes—it’s about serving others, solving problems, and building lasting relationships.

His journey has also been shaped by seven years of traveling the world on mission work, where he experienced diverse cultures, communities, and ways of living. That global perspective strengthened his adaptability and deepened his appreciation for what truly makes a house a home: the people inside.
