From our first interaction with Liz, it was obvious that she is not a Realtor® for the commission. Her focus through the entire process remained on helping us find the right home for us and ensuring we were competitive in the buying process. She would send us listings within minutes of them going online, giving us the best possible shot at getting a viewing and making an offer. Then, she was helpfully candid, saving us untold hours by identifying possible issues with houses things that only an experienced eye could see. When we finally made an offer on our house, Liz cheerfully guided us through the entire process start to finish, ever-patient and ready to solve the issues that cropped up. Without Liz, we never would have found the perfect home for us. We can't wait to work with her again (although we probably will)!
Even though she has multiple clients, she made us feel like we were her only clients. Heather did an excellent job listening to what we wanted in a home, and finding what we needed within our price range. On top of being a great Realtor®, she also helped us settle into South Carolina, as we relocated from Michigan. If it were not for her, we would have had no idea who to call for the repairs we needed for our new home. She is also the reason we had a place to live in South Carolina while we looked for a house. We are grateful for the whole Encore Realty team. We were able to find our house and close within 5 weeks of moving!
My only real feedback is that Barkley was a fantastic help and friend throughout the entire process. As a first time home buyer I really did not know what I was getting into, but he guided me through each step, and was very clear in the details. If when I decide to buy another property, Barkley will be the first person I turn to for help.
