What Liz Nunnally loves most about being a real estate agent is being a matchmaker and working with people in various stages of life. Liz enjoys nothing better than walking into a house with clients for the first time and witnessing that magical moment when they realize they have found “the one.” Thoughtful, caring and responsive, Liz takes the time to get to know her clients, to understand their hopes and desires and then quickly shifts into high gear leveraging her deep market knowledge and decades of connections to find just what they are looking for. Prior to becoming a real estate agent in 2015, Liz worked for over a decade in banking and mortgage lending. It’s why she has so many 5-star ratings from her clients for being incredibly knowledgeable and detailed-oriented during the most critical aspects of the purchasing process: the contract, inspection, final walk-through, and closing. And, as someone who has experienced building or renovating five homes, Liz knows what potential issues to ask about, is able to help estimate costs and project realistic timelines and is happy to share her list of preferred tradespeople, lenders and closing attorneys with you. A self-described “pleaser and fixer,” Liz believes there is no problem that can’t be solved or successfully handled.
