About Stephanie Rose

Stephanie Rose has always been driven by a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. Originally hailing from Chicago, Stephanie and her family planted roots in the Upstate during her middle school years, marking the beginning of her journey in the vibrant community.

A proud alumna of Wofford College in Spartanburg, Stephanie graduated with a double major in Business Economics and Spanish. Her thirst for knowledge and cultural experiences led her to study abroad in LaPlata, Argentina, adding an international perspective.

Post-graduation, Stephanie entered the business arena with a role as Catering Sales Manager at Marriott Greenville. From this starting point, she ascended the professional ladder to become the Director of Sales for Table 301 Restaurant Group. After leaving an exciting world in Hospitality, she shifted her focus to advertising. She was an award winning account executive for Spectrum Reach (Media). Throughout her diverse experiences, Stephanie consistently surpassed sales goals, embodying a confident and proactive approach to her work.

In 2020, Stephanie joined Encore Realty as the Chief of Staff, bringing her wealth of experience and leadership to the real estate realm. Her role as a wife and mother of two fuels her determination, adding a personal touch to her professional endeavors. With a genuine commitment to fostering meaningful connections and steering others toward success, Stephanie stands as a beacon of positivity and proficiency in both her professional and personal life.
