As Director of Development at Encore Realty, Steven focuses on supporting agents, fostering team growth, and uncovering new opportunities to expand Encore's presence across the Upstate. With a background in business development and coaching—and an education in accounting—Steven brings a unique skill set and broad perspective to the team.
